Stampin' Up! Independent Demonstrator in Alberta Canada

Angled Gatefold FB replay July 14
Hello and welcome - I hope you are enjoying the summer and have time to craft wherever you are.
Today I was working in my craft room (well not really working as I was just playing haha!), and came across a swap card from Leanne Livingstone who is a Silver Sister demonstrator in SK. Last year she sent me an angled Gatefold card and today I decided I wanted to make it.
I hadn't planned to do a FB live but decided to just share what I was doing and hoped some friends would join me.
The card took a little working out with measurements to start with but once I got the hang of it (and knew which way the DSP went) I loved the result. Check the replay on Youtube or crafts by the bow FB page to see how I made it.
Measurements and supplies
Evening Evergreen card 11 x 5 1/2", score at 3 3/8" on both ends. This gives a
4 1/4" gap in the middle.
11x 1" strip for belly band, and a 2 1/4" circle
To cut the card make a pencil mark at 1 1/2" from the top at each side of the car base.Make a pencil mark at 1" on each end of the bottom of the card.
Cut from the 1" mark to the 1 1/2" mark at either side . Then cut from the 1 1/2" mark to the score line on top of either side.
DSP You will need 2 pieces cut at 3 1/4 x 5 5/8". Repeat the same measurements and cuts as the Base.
Basic White 4 x 5 1/4" for inside, 2 1/4 circle for front
Christmas Season stamp set
