This is such a fun kit to make and I really enjoyed it! The Stampin' Up! kits can be found online only and if you are unsure how to find them here is an easy way to do so.
Click on my Stampin' Up! store - Craftsbythebow.stampinup.net
Click the 'shop now' link on the top left of the page and you will see this page
either hover over 'shop products' or use the magnifying glass and search 'Light the candles'. This will take you to the kit page and you can choose either of the options shown and look at all of the different kits.
Alternatively the code for the just the Light the candles kit is #159332 and the cost is $26 before GST and shipping.
Kits are a great way to build up your stamping supplies with a coloured inkspot, clear block, stamps etc.
