Stampin' Up! Pretty Perennials notecards in gift box

Hello and welcome to my Wednesday video.

This week I wanted to make a batch of notecards to add to a gift box and give as a Thankyou gift. I have been showcasing sets from the January to June 2021 catalogue and todays set was the Pretty Perennials bundle. The stamps were inspired by Dena reckon who has a million dollars in sales!! What an fantastic achievement that is. One of the perks of this milestone is attending Stampin' Up! headquarters to help design a stamp set and I think she did a pretty awesome job.

The set is so versatile; I love the images but really like the 'happy' stamp which can be used to create larger sentiments too.

My notecards are simple stamping - just 3 flowers and some leaves, a sentiment and that's it! I chose my ink colours from the Hydrangea Hill DSP and also used the pastel pearls from the same suite. The gift box was made from a mini paper pumpkin box and decorated with more of the DSP. I also used the dies to create a flower for the front, you could use one of the stamped images and fussy cut it, DSP with a ribbon closure, patterned DSP, so many choices!

The Basic White notecards and envelopes come in a pack of 20 and are the best value in the catalogue I think.

I cut a top layer to stamp on using Basic White 3 1/4 x 4 3/4". I stamped the images on this layer with Rococo Rose, Highland Heather, memento black, Gorgeous Grape and Old Olive.

The sentiment was stamped on Basic White scraps and die cut using the Stitched so sweetly dies - you could punch shapes or cut rectangles too.

Pretty Perennials stamp set bundle has 10% off when purchased together (Item # 156234 $61)

Mini Paper Pumpkin boxes (Item #153069 $10.25 for pack of 10)

Basic White notecards and envelopes (Item #159232 $9.50 for 20 cards and envelopes)

Hydrangea Hill DSP (Item # 154570 $15.75)

Pastel pearls (Item # 154571 $8.75)

I hope you give this idea a go - so easy to create a large batch of cards and then gift them to others.
