Hello again
Yesterday I showed you a clean and simple fun fold card using the Art Gallery stamp set and Stitched so sweetly dies. I promised that there would be a part 2 using the basic Gatefold and then adding a Lock and slide mechanism and here it is!
I first saw the design by Lisa Curcio in January on her blog and thought it looked fun. I changed the orientation of her card to portrait and so had to change measurements too. The little slider is easy to make and means that the card stays closed until it is removed.
I hope that you give it a try and have fun with it.
I used the same items as yesterday - Art gallery stamps, Punch Party hostess stamp set, and stitched so sweetly dies.
Measurements
For the Gatefold card base
Mossy Meadow card base 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 scored at 2 1/8" on each end, small piece to cut largest of the rectangular scalloped dies from
