I love to make and swap cards with other demonstrators - it gives you new ideas, shows you stamp sets that you may have overlooked or thought that you didn't need, and is just a fun way to connect with like minded people.
I belong to a group of wonderful demonstrators who share, encourage and support each other and we all swapped 2 cards with each other. The idea is that you make a batch of cards - can all be different or the same and then send your cards to a group of other people. I sent out 22 cards using items in the August to December catalogue and am excited to be receiving their cards back in the mail right now.
Todays card is from Diane Inkster in Guelph - I love how she used the stamp set called Banner Year to create her own background Designer series paper. I love that little squirrel lol! I don't own this set and so it means I can share a new stamp set with you all too.
Banner year can be bundled with the very versatile Banners pick a punch which gives you 6 different options - 2 designs in 3 widths, the stamps are photopolymer and have sentiments that last for the whole year! Check out the samples below made by Stampin' Up! too.
