Stitched triangles and plaid Tidings together? Yes please!

Hello and happy Wednesday to you all. I hope you had a great weekend and that your turkey or Thanksgiving meal was wonderful; I actually like my turkey dinner better at Christmas and even better the next day when it is time for leftovers!

Todays video is a card that I made for a Stampin' Up! demonstrator swap group that I belong to. Everyone made a batch of 2 different cards using items in the August - December catalogue and mailed them to every one else taking part. Then a couple of weeks later your mail box is flooded with beautiful cards, new ideas and layouts , and cards made with items you didn't know you needed!

This was the first of my cards, I used the stitched triangles and plaid tidings DSP to create a cute and easy tree. I embossed the pretty peacock card stock with one of the wrapped in texture embossing folders, used the brand new gold wonderful gems and stamped with the Tree angle stamp set. Check out the envelope which I stamped and added scraps of the DSP as well - this may not stay flat in the mail unless you really are careful gluing the strips down though. Watch the video to see how I made everything.

This DSP is also in the sale during October and is only $13.69 a pack!

Check out more examples of the DSP - you will love it!
