Twisted fun fold Whale of a Time card!

Todays card is a really fun little Twisted fold card - not sure of the correct name but this is the name I gave it when I first made one. 

I used the lovely Whale of a Time suite for the designer series paper, the sentiment and the sheer pool party ribbon. I like to think that the recipient is intrigued by the fold and that the card will stand out. 

All of the items I used and measurements can be seen here: 

Measurements
Shaded Spruce card base Whisper white layer	5 1/2 x 8 1/4 ”  scored long side at 2 3/4", 4 ”  scored short side 2 3/4"  4 x 2 1/2", piece for sentiment
Designer series paper	1 piece 2 1/2  x 4”, 1 piece 2 1/2 x 2 1/2"  scraps for the inside on the whisper white card  & the envelope
Pool party sheer ribbon

  

     1. Score the Shade spruce card base and then score diagonally from the 2 3/4" 

         score line on the long side down to the middle, turn and repeat.  Fold and burnish 

         to make score lines easy to fold.

         

2. Adhere the piece of Whisper white to the inside
3. Attach Designer series paper to the front and the diamond shape area of the card
1. Stamp sentiment in Memento black ink and punch or cut out
2.  Fussy cut turtle leaving small border round the edge (You can also stamp this and cut out if you prefer)
3. Attach sentiment, turtle and ribbon to front of card using dimensionals
4. Don't forget to decorate your envelope
