Ornate Garden Thankyou card - basic template #1

If you have seen any of my Youtube videos or blog posts before you know how much I like a template or sketch when I make cards. I have a few templates that I will use again and again as they work so well - I may change the designs or embellishments slightly but the basic template is still there. 
This week I am going to show 2 of my templates - one today and one on Sunday; they are easy to create and fun to make.

Today I used this template which shows off Designer series papers as well as an image and I love how it turned out! I added a stamped image and extra layer beneath it, a ribbon and the card was made! 









The Thankyou card used elements from the Ornate style bundle which will be in the new Annual catalogue - it goes live on June 3rd and you are going to love it! Stampin' Up! has streamlined the catalogue this year and kept more of the current stamps; this means we get much more use out of them before they retire. With a brand new layout it also means things are easier to find!






I used the stamps, ribbon and Designer series paper from the suite but also mentioned the dies that come with the set. I have added pictures of everything I spoke about.
