Monthly Video group - Feminine card

Hi everyone
Welcome to my blog and our Monthly Global Video group for April.  I  belong to a great group of Stampin' Up! demonstrators from around the world and, each month, we create projects using the same theme, or colour or stamp sets. It is such fun to see what everyone else makes and designs for the the theme and April is FEMININE. I was going to make my Mothers Day cards but had already made them as my parents are in the UK and Mothers Day was a couple of weeks ago. I didn't have a birthday coming up so decided that I would make a feminine 'love' card to send to a friend during the awful times we are going through.

I made my card using the partial cutting technique which is so pretty and looks like you have worked really hard lol!  After I finished the video I actually went back and added a little twine bow to the card, which I thought tied in nicely with the script on the Speciality Designer Series Paper.

Measurements for card
Thick whisper white 8 1/2 x 5 1/2" , scored at 4 1/4"
Whisper white scrap for sentiment
1 1/4 " punch
Forever blossoms stamps and dies, Parisian blossoms speciality DSP
Linen thread
Calypso coral and old olive watercolour crayons
Blender pen
Soft suede ink

If you're in Canada and need a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, I would love to help you out.  You can order everything you need to create this card in  my online store www.StampinUp.com/ECWeb/default.aspx?dbwsdemoid=2163860 or if you prefer you can contact me directly to order.

Don't forget to visit the other ladies in the video group to see which projects they made! Give them a thumbs up or show some love - something we all need at this terrible time of crisis in the world.
