A beautiful moment

Hello again and welcome to my blog!
The Beautiful moments stamp set is from the mini catalogue for 2020 and I just adore it. Growning up my family lived about 13 miles from the seaside and I still miss the sound and smell enormously. Most weekends or school holidays my sister and I would at the beach with the cold North sea lapping our feet, we would make sandcastles, pick shells, float lollipop sticks and leaves on the little streams of water, and have fun. My sister is 4 years older than me and would be in charge of which game we would play, who would keep the little rocks and feathers from the beach, but every moment I spent on the beach with her is a lovely memory. We live a 9 hour flight away from each other now but when we see each other we become those 2 small girls again as if we have never been apart. She is still there supporting me and being the best big sister ever.

The card I made today is for her - just to say hello and that I am thinking about her while her family are all in lock down in the UK. This is a terrible time for everyone and the isolation from friends and family is so tough.

Card measurements
See a silhouette DSP 5 1/2 x 12", scored at 1 3/4, 4 3/4 and 7 3/4"
Whisper white card for front, sentiment and inside  cut using stitched rectangles and circles - you could also use punches and paper trimmer to make the shapes.
Mossy meadow card for backing layers using the same stitched rectangle and circle set.

Blends - balmy blue, crumb cake, petal pink, so saffron, ivory, bronze, poppy parade, highland heather and night of navy.
