We had 3 Christmas socials at Preschool before we broke up for the Holidays and then on Friday night it was my Holiday Game night and social for my card making groups. We had a ball playing games, winning prizes, eating gorgeous snacks brought by everyone and laughing!
My Simple Sunday cards are based on the ones we made at the Holiday Game night - a little variation on the layering card and some of the DSP. Using hep recut notecards with matching envelopes saves a lot of time cutting card and makes it so easy to make a batch of cards. I also added some DSP to the envelope flap and little offcut inside the card.
At the Card night we used the same sentiments from the Looking up card kit; and were able to choose a variety of colours and stamps to fit whatever occasions we needed for the next month!
The cards I was making today were production line style! I need all of them to be Thank yous and so had everything ready to go. I will be making the same design but with different DSP for the Preschool Thankyou cards too - probably the Animal outing paper from last year and the left over animals from the 2019 Valentines paper pumpkin kit.
