My 2nd craft fair/gift box packaging

Good morning everyone!
My usual Sunday videos are a little shorter and more simple but this week I got carried away and made, probably, my longest video lol!
I have been working on my craft fair items for 2019 and earlier this week used an acetate box as packaging for some of my cards. I love to give my cards as gifts wrapped up in pretty boxes, bags or even just with a ribbon and a tag on. Today I made a very sturdy 'book box' package and used it to house the cards instead. I have made a lot of book covers, album covers, etc. but want to thank The posh paper lady for reminding me to use the covers for packaging; she has lots of tips for which adhesive to use, how to create the cover and attach it when making boxes. I had made some similar boxes last year using double cardstock to use as gifts but not for my craft fair. I think they would make a great presentation for tags too.

My box is just the right size for our North American A2 cards which measure a finished size of 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" and then the envelopes fit perfectly too. If you need a different size work out the finished card with envelope size and add approx 1/4" to those measurements. Allow a 2" border all around for your scoring and this will give you the size of the box you need for inside the cover.

My measurements
Chipboard or thick card  - I used the inside cardboard from packs of DSP, you can use any card even cereal packets!
