Cherry Blossom boxes kit in the clearance sale

Today (June 3 2025) Stampin' Up! just refreshed the clearance rack with lots of lovely things in the sale. One of the items is the Cherry Blossom boxes kit and I had only just purchased this - I made a quick video to show how to make them. The kit is now $22.40, item #164978 and has everything you need to make 12 treat boxes including ink, a block, adhesive and instructions.

They are really pretty and would be lovely for weddings, birthdays, showers, thankyou gifts or table favours. Boxes are approximately 2" x 2" and I could fit a couple of Ghirardelli, Lindor chocolates or wrapped candies inside.

Gallery Blooms using White pigment ink

It has been a while since I added anything here on my Blog so if you are reading this - Thankyou!

I am going to add a few of my YouTube videos made in the past few months since I felt able to come back and craft.

This card uses the beautiful Gallery Blooms stamp set and the mini alphabet dies. I used the white craft ink or pigment ink refill to paint the flowers, along with Petal Pink and Old Olive ink pads. Early Espresso ink to stamp with and some of the essential bakers twine for the bow.

All measurements are shown at the start of the video so that you can take a screen shot and I also added a photo with this on as well.

Fancy Flora Birthday card

Hello again and welcome back to my Sunday blog.

Todays card is a very easy layout and one where the DSP is the star. Both cards use the same layout and I just changed the orientation .

Supplies and measurements

Evening Evergreen card base 4 1/4 11", scored at 5 1/2"

" " card layers 3 1/4 x 4 3/4" cut 2 pieces

Basic White 3 x 4 1/2", scrap for sentiment

Fancy Flora DSP (#160413) 4 x 5 1/4" , cut 2 pieces

3 x 4 1/2", narrow strip for inside

Who is Diane Hutchinson ?

I am Yorkshire girl living in beautiful Cochrane, Alberta, Canada.
