Zany little zebras!

Have you seen these cute little zebras in the annual catalogue yet? They make me smile whenever I turn the page and look at them so thought it was time to show them some ink!

I needed a card for a nearly teenage girl and this fitted the bill with our being too babyish or too grown up. Love them with the pop of pink and I didn't even have to colour them in or add much to make them pop.

This is a really simple layout to make and one I have used before .

Measurements

Thick whisper white card base

8 1/2 x 5 1/2 ” scored at 4 1/4”

Scraps for zebra and sentiment

6 x6 Incolour Designer series paper

1 piece 5 x 3 3/4”

Magenta Madness card

5 ¼ x 4”

Scrap for scalloped circle

     1. Front of card

    1. Stamp sentiment and and zebra in Memento black ink on scraps of Whisper White and cut out sentiment with punch and zebra with largest circle die
    2. Attach the circle with the zebra to the scalloped circle
    3. Attach Designer series paper to Magenta madness card layer and tie ribbon around this before attaching to front of card base
    4. Using dimensionals attach the stamped image circle and backing to the right hand side of the card, this should overlap the right hand side edge.
    5. Cut the overlapping part of the image and backing flush with edge of the card.
    6. Add your sentiment to front of card also using dimesnsionals
