For those of you who know me well you are aware of how I grew up not far from the seaside in Yorkshire, I completed my teacher training degree at a Training college on the seafront and I miss the smell, the sound, the sight and feel of the sand beneath my feet and the waves rolling in. Whenever I go home I ALWAYS go to the seaside - might also be for the wonderful freshly caught fish and chips which cannot be beaten!
The Seaside view stamp set is on my list of 'must buy' sets and when I saw this card made by my wonderful Canadian friend Tamara Bertram I was instantly back home smelling that sea air. Thanks so much for sharing Tamara - I spent a happy 5 minutes gazing at the scene and reminiscing about sailing little lollipop sticks in the water and building little sandcastles with shells on top. Happy days!
